✔️ All payments made through Bwiti House are final, non-refundable, and considered voluntary donations.
✔️ You waive any right to claim a refund, chargeback, reversal, or dispute of any payment made.

✔️ You may not claim damages, losses, or reimbursement based on dissatisfaction, changes of mind, or inability to attend.
✔️ No financial claims will be entertained for cancellations, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
📌 By using our Services, making a payment, or completing a booking, you fully understand and agree that no refunds or reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances.

🔹 17. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES 💳🚫
💰 ALL PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH BWITI HOUSE AND AFFILIATES ARE FINAL.
📌 Payments are processed and forwarded to Moughenda’s Village, a Gabonese government-registered NGO. Payments are accepted solely as donations and are non-refundable due to compliance with:
• Legal & Tax Regulations 🏛️
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Anti-Corruption Laws 💰⚠️
📅 FLEXIBILITY OPTIONS
✅ Transfer your seat to another person ✈️
✅ Extend your booking period for up to 6 months ⏳
⚠️ Important Deadlines:
• Changes must be arranged at least 2 months before your scheduled arrival.
• Once confirmed, reservations are final.
🚨 LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Bwiti House and Moughenda’s Village are not liable for any:
❌ Loss, damage, or injury during your participation in any activities.
❌ Personal risks taken while engaging in the program.

🔹 18. DISQUALIFICATION & EXCLUSION ⛔🚫
🔹 Health Disclosure & Safety Policy (Transparency Requirement)
To ensure the safety of all participants, full medical disclosure is mandatory when applying for any Bwiti House program.
Participants must truthfully complete the health assessment and disclose any of the following conditions or treatments, as they may pose serious risks when combined with Iboga:
✅ Medical Conditions & Treatments Requiring Disclosure:
1. Cancer Treatments
Any form of cancer treatment must be disclosed, as it may pose serious risks when combined with Iboga. This includes but is not limited to:
• Chemotherapy Drugs: Methotrexate, Doxorubicin, Cyclophosphamide, Cisplatin, Carboplatin, Paclitaxel, Docetaxel, Vincristine, Etoposide
• Radiation Therapy
• Immunotherapy Drugs: Keytruda (Pembrolizumab), Opdivo (Nivolumab), Yervoy (Ipilimumab), Tecentriq (Atezolizumab), Imfinzi (Durvalumab)
• Hormone Therapy: Letrozole, Anastrozole, Tamoxifen, Exemestane, Fulvestrant, Leuprolide, Goserelin
• Targeted Therapy: Ibrance (Palbociclib), Kisqali (Ribociclib), Lynparza (Olaparib), Tagrisso (Osimertinib), Herceptin (Trastuzumab), Avastin (Bevacizumab)
2. Cardiac Conditions & Medications
Any history of heart disease, arrhythmias, high blood pressure requiring medication, or any cardiovascular condition must be disclosed. Medications that may interact dangerously with Iboga include:
• Beta-Blockers: Metoprolol, Atenolol, Propranolol, Bisoprolol, Carvedilol
• Calcium Channel Blockers: Amlodipine, Verapamil, Diltiazem
• ACE Inhibitors: Lisinopril, Enalapril, Ramipril, Captopril
• Angiotensin II Receptor Blockers (ARBs): Losartan, Valsartan, Irbesartan
• Diuretics: Furosemide, Hydrochlorothiazide, Spironolactone
• Anti-Arrhythmics: Amiodarone, Flecainide, Digoxin, Quinidine
3. Liver Conditions & Medications
Any condition that affects the liver’s function (e.g., cirrhosis, hepatitis, compromised liver function) must be disclosed. The following medications may increase the risk of toxicity:
• Hepatitis Treatments: Interferon, Ribavirin, Sofosbuvir, Ledipasvir
• Cholesterol Medications (Statins): Atorvastatin, Simvastatin, Rosuvastatin
• Pain Relievers/Tylenol (Hepatotoxicity Risk): Acetaminophen (Paracetamol), NSAIDs (Ibuprofen, Naproxen)
• Antibiotics Metabolized by the Liver: Erythromycin, Rifampin, Fluconazole, Ciprofloxacin
4. Neurological & Psychiatric Disorders
Conditions such as epilepsy, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression must be disclosed. The following medications may pose risks:
• Anti-Seizure Medications: Valproate, Carbamazepine, Lamotrigine, Levetiracetam, Phenytoin
• Antipsychotics: Risperdal (Risperidone), Seroquel (Quetiapine), Zyprexa (Olanzapine), Abilify (Aripiprazole), Clozapine, Haloperidol
• Mood Stabilizers: Lithium, Depakote (Divalproex), Lamictal (Lamotrigine)
5. Antidepressants & Other Psychiatric Medications
Any use of antidepressants, SSRIs, MAOIs, or mood stabilizers must be disclosed, as they can dangerously interact with Iboga. Medications include:
• SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors): Prozac (Fluoxetine), Zoloft (Sertraline), Lexapro (Escitalopram), Celexa (Citalopram), Paxil (Paroxetine)
